Shipping Policy

All purchases of previously completed projects from the "Shop" will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, and will be shipped via a postal or parcel service selected to have the item arrive to you in 10 days or less. Tracking information will be provided for each purchase. There may be certain situations where orders may take additional time to be shipped, in which case we will reach out to you to provide a more accurate estimate.

For smaller "Build Your Own" items, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for the build, in which we will be in contact with you throughout. Once complete, the item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, and will be shipped via a postal or parcel service selected to have the item arrive to you in 10 days or less. Tracking information will be provided for each purchase. There may be certain situations where orders may take additional time to be shipped, in which case we will reach out to you to provide a more accurate estimate.

For larger "Build Your Own" items, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for the build, in which we will be in contact with you throughout. Once complete, we will reach out to you to coordinate shipping. For items such as tables/tabletops, countertops, etc., additional processing time may be required in order to secure a timely freight shipping service, and to ensure that the item is packaged and protected sufficiently so that the item arrives undamaged.
